Lost in Strings October 15th Workshop!

Our fall Lost in Strings workshop will be held October 15th at the Bastrop Sound Sanctuary!

Schedule for the day:

10:00 - 10:30 Setup and Icebreaker

10:30 - 12:00 First Rehearsal

12:00 - 1:00 Lunch Break

1:00 - 2:30 Second Rehearsal

2:30 - 2:45 Break

2:45 - 3:30 Tuning Workshop

3:30 - 4:00 Pot Luck Snack Break with Family

4:00 - 5:30 Final Rehearsal and Wrap up

Each piece has four parts ranging from beginner to advanced. You will get the whole piece for either Cello, Viola, or Violin and can choose which part you’d like to play. We encourage players of all levels to join us!

We’ll provide the sheet music a month in advance, so you’ll have plenty of time to prepare for the rehearsals.

$50 includes all day Workshop and Lunch!

**New Players: $150 for Workshop, 3 Intro Lesson, & One-Month Instrument Rental.

**If this is your first time playing an instrument, we’d love to provide one for you! Set up a lesson beforehand; we’ll pick out an instrument then go over the basics of note-reading & position so you’ll be ready to participate!
